24/7 24/48 hours response time subscription

CoreSwitch Standard Support option is available for the CoreSwitch product and it is charged monthly. It covers CoreSwitch licenses and underlining operating systems. CoreSwitch Standard Support guaranties an 24/48 hour maximum period for the support problem to be identified and an answer to be provided.

CoreSwitch Standard Support includes:
  • Online access to the CoreSwitch ticketing system
  • Online access to the CoreSwitch support staff by messenger and email
  • CoreSwitch updates and upgrades, you will have the latest CoreSwitch version available
  • Operating System updates, you system will be kept up to date
  • Online monitoring and early alerting by the CoreSwitch Client Monitoring System

Media Gateway support subscription

CoreSwitch Media Gateway Support option is available for Asterisk / Cisco VoIP products and it is charged monthly. It is available only combined with CoreSwitch support options. It covers one media device and underlining operating system when possible.

CoreSwitch Media Gateway Support includes:
  • Online access to the CoreSwitch ticketing system
  • Online access to the CoreSwitch support staff by messenger and email
  • Media Gateway updates and upgrades, when possible
  • Operating System updates, when possible
  • Online monitoring by the CoreSwitch VoIP application
  • VoIP and TDM configuration / reconfiguration / changes

OnDemand, per incident

CoreSwitch Technical Support Team also offers support and consulting services for voice and network applications not necessarily related to the CoreSwitch Platform. Charges are negotiated.

Additional code development

CoreSwitch development team is continuously improving and expanding the CoreSwitch platform. Aditional functionality can be added to the CoreSwitch platform by implementing modules tailored to your particular needs.
